Warm things up with cheese and baked grapes this fall.

I'm currently having a major love affair with grapes. One of my favorite things to do with grapes is to bake them & serve HOT over Camembert or Brie style cheeses, try using Pon't Leveque mini, Camembert Grand Normand, Cottenseed from Boxcarr Handmade cheese or Bent River from Alemar Cheese. It is super duper easy, taste amazing and is nice & warm for these cool fall nights.

I just used whatever grapes I had in the fridge at the time which happen to be sweet baby green grapes, they are less tart than regular green grapes but this recipe also works with red grapes.

  • Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

  • pluck the grapes from steams

  • toss grapes in olive oi, just enough to coat them

  • season with a pinch of salt and pepper

  • Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until grapes are slightly wrinkly.

  • Optional: toss in a bit of your favorite herb, I used thyme.

Serve warm over your favorite cheese.

Optional: Warm up your brie or Camembert in the oven for a few minutes for optimal gooeyness.

Baked grapes are also fabulous over ice cream or yogurt.

Super EASY AND TASTY.

ENJOY!
